Effects of light while sleeping.
1. Light shines on the body directly. This can cause wrinkling of the skin, air flow being stopped, and dyeing cells changing their color.
2. Light reflects off of everything and can cause rubbing, aspirin being absorbed into the skin, and skin irritations.
3. Lamps and other light-based objects give a lucidity that is often desired and appreciated.
4. Light has been known to cause body odor.
